1. Services

  • Once a project has started and advance payment is received, the advance amount is non-refundable as it covers initial planning and onboarding.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, we can review your case and may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

  • If work has been delivered or is in progress, payments made are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products (Animations, Files, Renders)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once the final files have been delivered.

  • If you face any technical issues accessing your files, we’ll provide support to ensure you receive your product.

3. Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation before work begins. Once started, cancellations may not qualify for refunds.

  • If you need to reschedule or pause a project, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
