• All services are tailored to client needs and timelines agreed upon before starting.

2. Payment Terms

• Projects require a 50% advance payment to begin work.

• Remaining payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery.

• For larger projects, milestone-based payments may apply (agreed in writing before starting).

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Small projects (like 3D product animation or architectural animation) are usually delivered within 3–5 days.

• Larger or complex projects may take longer, with timelines discussed and confirmed before onboarding.

• Delays caused by late client feedback, missing files, or revisions may extend delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, content, and files needed to complete the project.

• Timely feedback and approvals are required to avoid delays.

• Final responsibility for checking details (such as spelling, branding, and design accuracy) rests with the client before approval.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final delivered work becomes the client’s property once full payment is received.

• Drafts, concepts, and unused ideas remain the property of Soni Creative Hub unless agreed otherwise.

6. Revisions

• Reasonable revisions are included, but major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, Soni Creative Hub is not liable for indirect losses, delays beyond our control, or misuse of delivered files after handover.
